  5. Art is in the eyes of the beholder. One man’s medicine is another man’s poison. If it is sick to view it, why should it be any less sick performing it?

    Big name photographers prepared these images that are proudly displayed on galleries proudly and on the web to be shared with the public for purchased. The Nachito proudly shares these images on his website and in his portfolio to be viewed by professionals for his economic advantage by sharing time, place, photographer, etc. for each photo. But, the thought of sharing them with the average gay consumer sickens him.

    It appears that he want all the business to go through him for approval first to weed out gays. And, discourage the use of his name and image gay circles and gay websites, which is the opposite intent and purpose the creator/enterprises intended.

    They want as many customers and as much distribution as possible to create revenue. Fro without consumer there would be no need for models.

    The model is not the artist/person who owns the rights to these images, the photographer/corporation is, who would be very displeased to hear that an employee is discouraging distribution and potential customers from purchase.

    It is not some type of exclusive, magical, high art love affair between the artist/corporation and model, that the filthy gay consumer can view/purchase at the mode's discretion. If it is, they should not be placed for sale or place in a gallery/home for private viewing.

    Nachito is interfering in bad faith with his contract. Next time, if there will be a next time; he should include a anonymity clause as part of his contract. But, because this model is newsworthy, by his own admission, that clause would not stand. He wants publicity, but not filthy gay publicity. Gays must walk on eggshell in his presence. Otherwise, it upset him so very much. He is a professional model, so act like one.

    It would be better for him if he was no name nobody, then they would not promote these images a being of an award-winning professional bodybuilder.

    Because these images were prepared for the benefit of the consumer, particularly gay males, we are protected from his bad faith claims intimidation and harassment. We have consumer protection laws in this country.

    Nachito was paid and out of the picture. It is the goodwill and relationship between the customer (and potential customer) and the photographer/corporation that is protected. Anything that discourages or interferes with that relationship is a breach of contract.

    I have known Alejandro (Nacho) for years.

    He is neither a dick tease nor some kind of gay for pay monster as you portray him. His own sexuality is not anyone's business.
